What is it?
Cortisol is the stress hormone that can be low (fatigue, lethargy, lack of motivation, trouble losing weight); high (wired yet tired, trouble sleeping, body clings to fat) or depleted from excessive stress early in life. When your cortisol is imbalanced, it can affect progesterone, estrogen, testosterone, thyroid and other hormones critical to a balanced, happy, healthy and hot body!
